Benefits of Becoming a Member

Compete in National Taxidermy Competition
Separate divisions allow taxidermists of all different skill levels to compete for ribbons, cash and awards. Each entry is critiqued by world competition judges and reviewed personally with you in one-on-one sessions. All mounts are proudly displayed in a CTA exhibit at the Toronto sportsman show. Novices receive valuable feedback to bring their work to the next level while long-term taxidermist gain credentials for their businesses while gaining exposure.
Networking and Seminar Opportunities

The CTA is a vast group of taxidermist with members of all skill levels. There are numerous mentorship opportunities as well as connections to suppliers, tanneries and championship competitors. Our conference offers public demonstrations but also private seminars as well as annual group workshops.
